Need a hand?

If you have a general question about a lesson or the course content, then pop over to the private Facebook group. We check the group several times a day to respond to questions and of course, you have a community waiting to help you as well.

If you are having problems logging in or accessing content, then complete the form and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We try to answer all support tickets within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, but often we reply a lot quicker.

Depending on your email host, sometimes emails sent via WordPress can land in the spam so please check your spam folder.

You’re learning something completely new (yay you!) and our brains are naturally wired to keep us ‘safe’ so it’s not uncommon to feel resistance when challenging ourselves. 

But remember, web design is a learned skill, not an innate one, so you can do this! Show up to the live Q+A calls, or submit your questions ahead of time, and we’ll get you unstuck and back into your creative flow.  

This would be a caching issue. Install the Chrome browser extension ‘Clear Cache’ and press the icon after you’ve made changes. This will flush the browser cache to show the latest changes you’ve made.

While you’re building your site I also recommend that you don’t have any caching or optimisation plugins active.
